Because our products need special attention and care, if you receive any products that have any problems or damages, please contact us at mossdesigngallery@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving the products, and provide photos or videos of the products as evidence. We will arrange reshipment or exchange for you according to the situation. Please note that because our products are live or fresh, we do not accept refunds unless the products have serious defects or damages. If you need reshipment or exchange, please bear the shipping costs of sending the products back to us. We will cooperate with you as much as possible to make you satisfied.

Delayed shipments

We try our best to ensure that our products can be shipped and delivered on time, but sometimes there may be delays due to some force majeure reasons. If this happens, we will notify you in time and consult with you for a solution. Please understand that these reasons are beyond our prediction and control, and we are not legally liable for them.
