Yellow body, pointed ears with darker tips, a little buck tooth, and the pig's pink face peeking out from the squirrel hood with full rosy cheeks. One hand holds a hand-sculpted sunflower seed — because of course it does. Turn it around and you get the real highlight: a fully sculpted fluffy squirrel tail at the base, built up in brown and warm terracotta tones with visible texture. Three-dimensional, not painted on.

The back also shows the natural coarse clay surface beautifully — warm undertones coming through the yellow, with the planting opening sitting open between the ears.

Material & Craftsmanship Fully hand-sculpted and hand-painted, then wood-fired in a kiln. The surface is unglazed, naturally matte, and rough to the touch — the kind of raw, earthy texture that can't come from a mold.

Why coarse clay? The pot wall is filled with natural micro-pores, making it highly breathable — ideal for succulents, cacti, and any plant that needs excellent root airflow to thrive.

vs. regular ceramic: Less prone to white salt/mineral buildup; more resistant to dirt and staining over time.

vs. porcelain: Porcelain is glazed and non-breathable. This pot is raw, porous, and purpose-built for plant health.

Color that lasts The hand-painted finish is kiln-set — it won't fade, chip, or wash off from sunlight or rain, unlike most painted character pots on the market.
