A little pig in a ladybug costume, holding a tiny flower and fully committed to the look. ๐ท๐
Hand-sculpted from coarse clay with painted antenna, rosy pink cheeks, a miniature ladybug on the face, and a delicate flower in one hand โ flip it around to reveal a bold red-and-black spotted ladybug back with the planting opening nestled right in the center. Every angle tells a different story.
Material & Craftsmanship Fully hand-sculpted and hand-painted, then wood-fired in a kiln. The surface is unglazed, naturally matte, and rough to the touch โ the kind of raw, earthy texture that can't come from a mold.
Why coarse clay? The pot wall is filled with natural micro-pores, making it highly breathable โ ideal for succulents, cacti, and any plant that needs excellent root airflow to thrive.
vs. regular ceramic: Less prone to white salt/mineral buildup; more resistant to dirt and staining over time.
vs. porcelain: Porcelain is glazed and non-breathable. This pot is raw, porous, and purpose-built for plant health.
Color that lasts The hand-painted finish is kiln-set โ it won't fade, chip, or wash off from sunlight or rain, unlike most painted character pots on the market.
